An exciting Regional Sales Development Lead opportunity has recently opened at one of the major consulting firms which provides business solutions in more than 100 countries. This is a fantastic opportunity for seasoned professionals who are looking to join a strong dynamic team and embraces new challenges to strengthen their capabilities and succeed in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

The role of the incumbent will include:

  • Promote the company's research and data solutions in the Asia-Pacific region, with the goal of increasing sales and business.
  • Monitor all activities to develop and keep an efficient sales funnel that will attract prospective clients in APAC.
  • Educate and coach consultants and business developers to effectively market the company's goods and services.
  • Assess the target market and industry to identify the strategies and intellectual resources that could be leveraged to pull in new customers.
  • Take on the role of account manager for multiple high-level corporate clients. Ensure maximum client satisfaction, retention and lead generation opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of HR consultancy and business development experience
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits strategy
