Reputable pensions consultancy seeking a Pensions Manager to join their Pensions Consulting team in either London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds. This individual will specialise in corporate consulting and M&A work

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a reputable pensions consultancy seeking a Pensions Manager to join their Pensions Consulting team, specialising in corporate consulting and M&A work

Within this role you will manage a variety of client projects including corporate pensions strategy work, corporate M&A, pension end-game solutions, pension risk transfer transactions, fiduciary management advisory and taking into consideration ESG issues for pension funds.

Role requirements:

• UK DB pensions knowledge with a background in either pensions consultancy or accounting firm
• A part or qualified actuary or someone with equivalent practical experience will also be considered
• Consulting experience and enjoy building trusted client relationships

You will have the opportunity to offer holistic advice across a number of specialist areas, including providing funding and risk management advice for corporates, and advising on buy- and sell-side corporate transactions and assisting asset managers/insurers.
