This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading life insurer in a key senior leadership position; our client is looking to appoint a Head of Matching Adjustment to lead the development and optimisation of the Group's Matching Adjustment approvals with a central role in delivering their annuity growth strategy.
Leading a small but senior team you will lead development of the Group's Matching Adjustment application, with focus on delivering expanded approvals for illiquid asset deployment and optimisation of the fund.
You will also be the primary subject matter expert when engaging with internal and external stakeholders on the issues relating to the Matching Adjustment, including advisory to International business.
