Job Details

Oliver James is recruiting on behalf of a leading life insurance company who require an experienced Life Actuary to support the capital management team.

This is a day rate contract, outside IR35. Capital methodology experience is required with strong knowledge of proxy modelling.

Start: April 2023
Duration: 6 months
Status: Outside IR35
Rate: Dependent on experience. Market rate £800 /day.

Role:
You will join the aggregation team to support proxy model methodology and validation. There will also be work around governance documentation and working closely with Line 2.

Required experience:
- Qualified or experienced Life Actuary
- Strong experience in capital methodology and proxy models
- Programming languages desirable, ideally R
