A large personal lines insurer is looking for a Reserving and Reinsurance Manager who will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

The candidate will manage the reserving process and reserving results for the whole business, this is a key role involving highlighting important risks or trends and presenting results to senior management.

The role involves working with pricing, underwriting, products, business information and claims teams to investigate root causes of observed reserving trends.

A suitable candidate will have general insurance experience with knowledge of personal lines products.
