Our client, a global reinsurer, has a number of exciting opportunities for qualified life actuaries to contribute to all aspects of pricing and managing longevity reinsurance risks, enhancing the team’s ability to write profitable new business.

In these key roles, you will produce technical pricing for Longevity tenders which includes experience analysis, proposal of basis, rate production, KPI metrics, and supporting documentations.

You will also manage the maintenance and development of Longevity pricing processes and tools.

In addition, you will lead quote tenders including the production of quote pricing basis (base table, improvements, marriage assumptions and KPI metrics).

With longevity pricing or research experience (in particular mortality basis derivation), the successful candidates will ideally possess an understanding of pension de-risking offerings in the UK and non-UK markets coupled with SAS/SQL experience.
