Senior Manager Consultancy

A leading Consultancy is looking for someone to join at a Senior Manager level and support their life actuarial practice.

You will lead a lot of the client delivery work but also act an example and support more junior members on getting to grips with providing exceptional client experience.

To be best suited for the role ideally you will have/be:

• Qualified Life Actuary with strong leadership skills (this is a very people focused role)
• Good understanding of Reporting standards and changes they are subject to in years to come
• Mergers and acquisitions in depth knowledge
• Demonstrated client success

This role, although requires someone with strong technical experience and commercial acumen is really about empowering others and ensuring junior members also get help and exposure in excelling.

The client has also stressed the importance of having someone wanting to bring a good dynamic to the team and add some creativity in to the way the team works and contributes to their projects.
