Deputy Head of Capital Modelling

A leading Lloyd’s and London market insurance client are looking to hire a number 2 to the current head of capital modelling. The role is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a number of workstreams and deputise for the Head of Capital in their absence. This role would suit a strong communicator looking to manage and develop a team, and gain board level exposure. In the longer term the company would look to promote from within and this role holder will be earmarked to take over as the head of Capital modelling.
