Financial Accountant

One of our clients is seeking a Financial Reinsurance Accountant. As a leading international reinsurer, the position will involve interaction across all areas of the business on a global scale.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial analysis and reports for both local and global legal entities (USA, UK, Switzerland, Bermuda)
- Preparation of financial reporting, for both internal and external processes following GAAP and regulatory standards (FINMA, Lloyd's of London)
- Business partnering and reporting to senior stakeholders across local and global teams
- Aid with daily, monthly and quarterly financial closing

Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification
- Experience in Audit practice (Preferred)
- Experience within the Insurance/Reinsurance Industry and FINMA regulatory reporting
- Substantial knowledge of US GAAP and SOX experience
