Part Qualified Pensions Actuary– Specialised Pensions Consultancy - Scotland/Remote - Up to £70,000

A Specialised Pensions Consultancy is looking for a part qualified actuary to step into an Associate Actuary role.

In this role you will be responsible for managing small projects, reviewing work completed by the junior analysts on your team and working on complex valuation calculations.

This company is looking for candidates with experience in Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pensions scheme. So any analysts with pensions experience looking to make the move into the life insurance market will be strongly considered for this role.

In this role you will be able to receive full study and development support, while working on a host of projects with seniors on you r team to gain invaluable actuarial experience.

To be considered you must have:

• Evidence of good progression in your IFoA exams
• Proficiency in Excel is necessary and an understanding of technical software’s such as VBA, ALM and R are attractive
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
