Our client is seeking a part-qualified life actuary to prepare and complete calculations for determining the measurement of reserves, economic value, solvency and capital, surplus, new business profit, and company forecasts on a regular basis.
In this exciting career development opportunity, you will conduct investigations as directed by the senior actuaries into office experience such as mortality, expense, lapse rates and profitability, reporting on the results and drafting recommendations as appropriate.
With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the successful candidate will possess an in depth understanding of the actuarial function including key products, reporting requirements and processes.
Strong systems and computer skills including actuarial modelling, Excel and Word essential.
