Job Details
The opportunity for actuarial professionals with 4 or more years experience of pricing and/or capital modelling, to become a key part of a multi-disciplinary team and work with a cutting-edge modelling platform and high-profile clients.
This is a chance to address the pricing modelling challenges insurers and re-insurers face. As a leading member of the team that is formed of pricing actuary's and software developers.
Day to day activities will consist of leading and overseeing development work from a technical business perspective, liaising with high-profile clients, and opportunity to be involved with mentoring junior members of the team through line management responsibility. There is lots of room for progression, quickly.
You will need:
- 4+ year's experience in pricing and/or capital modelling
- Technical knowledge of commercial lines and/or reinsurance pricing techniques
- Experience with Python and SQL is desirable
- Experience with managing clients, people, and/or teams is an advantage
