Actuarial Analyst │ Modelling │ Life Consultancy │ Hybrid-Remote│ Up to £55,000

This distinguished consultancy is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join their team as they execute their ambitious growth plans for 2023. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new and exciting venture and help build a business function from the ground up, as the company leverage their long-standing relationships to create something new in the life market.

Here you will work collaboratively with a variety of functions throughout the business, gaining exposure to unique teams and experienced actuaries as you work towards your FIA qualification. 

About the role:

• You will be involved in addressing the end-to-end modelling challenges faced by insurers, helping to re-engineer modelling estates to meet their pricing, valuation, reporting and capital modelling needs
• Working on external client facing projects, where you will use your knowledge and experience to give input into decision making and advise clients on solutions and strategies for their business

What you will need to be considered for the role:

• An Actuarial Analyst making good progress through their IFoA exams, with 2+ years of professional actuarial experience within a life insurer, reinsurer, or consultancy

• Experience using actuarial software’s such as MoSeS, RiskAgility FM and/or Prophet is highly desirable and will be beneficial for this role Good communication and interpersonal skills Full right to work within the U.K.
