Job Details
Major global reinsurer seeks a part-qualified actuary with actuarial reporting experience, ideally within a Lloyd’s Syndicate, to undertake the actuarial delivery of Lloyd’s reporting processes, including Solvency II and Syndicate reporting.
In this key role, you will prepare information for the Group quarterly reporting process, including tasks such as AvE reporting, major loss reporting, and ultimate premium & loss forecasts.
You will also gain familiarity with the data warehouse, as well as underwriting, claims and reinsurance systems, extracting and analysing data for varied purposes using SQL.
In addition, you will liaise with the IFRS17 project team to develop an understanding of IFRS17 requirements in the live BAU environment, assisting with ongoing development if needed.
