- Develop and implement the company's risk management framework to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business.
- Provide guidance, training and support to first line management in the operation of the risk management framework.
- Identify, monitor, manage, report and analyse risks to the company.
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments and reviews.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to drive effective risk management.
- Produce regular risk management analysis and reporting.
- Promote a strong risk culture within the company.
Competencies, Skills, and Experience:
- Extensive experience in the insurance sector.
- Strong background in risk management, audit, governance, internal control or compliance.
- Knowledge of Solvency II is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and numerical abilities.
- Professional scepticism and ability to make sound judgement.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and produce high-quality reports.
- Strong ability to influence and develop effective working relationships.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Risk management qualification is a plus.
