Senior Associate - Climate and Exposure Management

Do you have an interest in Climate Risks and want to move into a senior role that spans across consulting, technical development, research, and relationship management?

A leading broker in London is looking for a Senior Associate to join its team in a newly formed role that will focus on delivering Exposure Management and Climate solutions across multiple lines of business. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise experience in Catastrophe Modelling and Exposure Management in a highly visible role that will influence the insurance industry for years to come.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Exposure Management strategies and frameworks with a focus on climate solutions. This role will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including the Head of Exposure Management and Climate Analytics, market executives, and external parties to ensure that this brokers view of risk is up to date with the latest trends.

In order to be considered for this role you must have a good understanding of exposure management and catastrophe modelling methods with a proven track record of assisting in the implementation of exposure management strategies. Due to the scope of the role strong communication and presentation skills are vital along with project management experience.
