DB Proposition Manager

We are working exclusively with an established bulk annuity provider to help find a DB Proposition Development Manager. You'll be working alongside the Head of DB Proposition and Innovation and working closely with senior stakeholders to help develop and deliver DB solutions, perform analysis, develop pricing enhancements, look at product development and scope other innovations that support the overriding strategy of the firm.

You will support the development of the long term strategy of the DB business including Master Trust for DB, insurance company consolidation and overseas business development

Ideally you'll have experience of DB Pension Risk transfers, End Game solutions and BPA/de-risking knowledge, excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
