Business Development Actuary - Reinsurance

Oliver James are currently partnered with a Global Reinsurance firm in their search for a Business Development Actuary.

You will be responsible for developing protection reinsurance solutions and services to their clients.

The team are made up of forward thinking Actuaries with a passion for managing and developing innovative products in line with the changes in the technology and automation space. This will include managing the life cycle for existing and new Protection treaties, Pricing and Product Development and developing reinsurance solutions inline with the changes in the market.

To be considered for this role you need to have a solid understanding of the Life Insurance industry and be able to demonstrate your commercial experience at interview. You don't need a background in Business Development but you must be able to demonstrate that you are a strong communicator and someone is a solution finder.

The role will require someone to have a passion for modernisation of the Life Market. Our client are a pioneer in innovation and technology and their Business Development team play an important part embedding this into the market.
