Our client is a prominent London market entity looking to grow headcount in their catastrophe modelling function. They are looking for an experienced catastrophe modeller with some experience in the market or relevant role.

This role will focus primarily on property lines of business and will work alongside underwriters, actuaries and catastrophe modellers to provide pricing support, conduct day-to-day modelling of natural hazards and take part in various research projects in conjuncture with other teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the catastrophe risk market and a good understanding of the wider (re)insurance industry. Working knowledge of either RMS or AIR, as well as SQL, is highly advantageous.
