Leading household insurer seeking an Investment Distribution Lead to join their Strategy and Propositions team to promote their workplace investment proposition both internally and externally

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading household insurer seeking an Investment Distribution Lead to join their Strategy and Propositions team, to promote their workplace investment proposition internally and externally.

Working as part of a newly created team, you will develop and deliver plans to promote the institutional investment proposition to prospective clients and advisers. You will provide dedicated investment proposition support to workplace's distribution teams and contribute to new business pitches, promoting workplace solutions to pension scheme trustees, Master Trusts, plan sponsors, employers and advisers.

Role requirements:

• Significant knowledge and experience in Workplace (institutional) investment propositions either from within consultancy or from another like for like team in insurance
• Investment qualification (IMC, CFA, etc) would be advantageous
• Ideally possess experience of working on new business pitches and strong external presentation and speaking abilities
