Job Details
Reinsurance business has an opening for an IGLOO capital contractor - ideally to commence work asap for a period of 6 months. The role will include:
Skills:
· Igloo coding
· Igloo manager/model running
· Creating/editing Igloo reports
Main tasks:
· Documentation
o writing/updating methodology documents
o writing/updating use logs, expert judgement logs, assumptions logs
o writing/updating AOC report
· Modelling
o running models for and analyzing results
o writing/updating model change log and Internal Model Oversight Committee AOC
o model development - recoding and making the model more efficient
o validation - running of the validation models and creating a general set of tests that can be used throughout the annual model cycle
· Other
o Model input/output spreadsheet development - making sure that the spreadsheet are easy to follow, contain only the relevant information
o Creating the LCR forms, sense checking, making sure they're ready for submission and validation of the forms
o PRA forms - sense checks, making sure they're ready for submission
