Are you a Catastrophe Researcher looking for your next step and the chance to lead a top performing syndicates R&D function?

Eames Consulting has partnered with a top performing syndicate who is looking to lead their catastrophe research team. This role will have a focus on all natural perils and and you will conduct model validation and development to ensure the syndicate's existing models are calibrated to the current level of risk. The successful candidate will have the support of an established research team and will work alongside the Exposure Management team to improve this syndicates view of risk.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with catastrophe modelling and research with a syndicate, broker, or model vendor. Experience conducting, publishing and presenting Catastrophe Research is preferred. Finally, the successful applicant will have strong coding skills (SQL, R, VBA but no specific knowledge is essential) and the ability to explain complex ideas to non-modellers.
