GMP Equalisation Client Relationship Lead

I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity to become a GMP client lead (Actuary or similar) for a leading UK pensions consultancy.

This is an opportunity to join a specialist team of 15 people - people who are consultants by nature and enjoy client facing, but with a very specific focus on leading clients on all aspects of GMP. So they will be technically very strong when it comes to things like reconciliation, rectification, equalisation but comfortable working with the client through through to implementation.

This would suit people who enjoy taking very technical subjects to clients - helping them to understand why it is really important and how you can help. If you wanted more technical content you absolutely can, and if you wanted to combine GMP with say Member Options, Risk Transfer or a little broader trustee consulting that's absolutely fine too.

The key thing is the GMP client leads take on responsibility for their own clients. These are generally pretty big projects, and you'd own the client relationship from a revenue and sales perspective - typically £1million+ revenue projects. So its combining solid technical knowledge, but with really good opportunities to develop client consulting and business development skills which could then be applied in lots of different areas in future.

It can absolutely be done on a full or part-time basis, from any UK location, and your choice of either 100% from home or hybrid working. You could be a qualified pensions actuary or a non-actuary with similar experience and good people skills.
