Junior Catastrophe Modelling Analyst - £30,000- £35,000 + Bonus

A respected syndicate is looking for a Junior Catastrophe Modelling Analyst to join their London office. This is a rare opportunity develop a career within catastrophe risk with additional responsibilities such as model research and validation.

The successful candidate will support underwriters with their analysis of risks through the use of catastrophe models and aggregation tools and is suited to those with strong mathematical and data analysis skills. In order to be considered for this role an academic background in natural hazards, engineering or numerate degrees is desired. Any experience working with models, SQL, Python, or R is a huge asset, even if it was academic related.
