Catastrophe Analyst

Up to £50,000 + Bonus

Our client is a market leading reinsurer looking to expand its catastrophe modelling function by bringing on an experienced analyst. This is a highly versatile role with the opportunity to work across multiple lines of business and gain exposure to a wide range of stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing team and climb the ranks, with mentoring and management opportunities in this role over the next few years.

The successful candidate will have existing experience working within catastrophe modelling or exposure management, and will be well versed in both catastrophe vendor models and coding languages. This includes RMS, AIR, SQL and/or Python/R. Good communication skills are highly desirable as you'll be working closely with underwriters and the wider team.
