If you are a technically-astute modeller with a proven track record of successful process improvement / automation projects, then this is a fantastic career development opportunity within a major global reinsurer.
In this exciting role, you will own existing systems and tools (spreadsheets, including VBA, database and SQL server queries) across the SII and IFRS 4 / IFRS 17 processes.
You will also further develop and improve systems and tools within the agreed framework, ensuring documentation is adequate and up to date.
Being the first point of contact for all tools and systems-related queries, you will develop Power BI-vase analytical tools for management information.
A part-qualified actuarial student, actuarial analyst or analyst qualified by experience, you will possess advanced knowledge of VBA and be an advanced user of SQL with familiarity with Oracle/SQL Server databases.
Experience using Power BI also essential.
