Global Consultancy - Director, With-Profits

Clarence George is working with a large consultancy to find a Director to be their market-facing lead for their with-profits business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on large projects and steer the business into a position of market dominance whilst leaning on the support from a very established wider Life Actuarial team.

The role:

• Networking with the key players in the with-profits industry as the consultancy’s lead on business development activity
• Project delivery across with-profits M&A deals (buy and sell side), innovation and process work, BAU and governance work
• Consulting on key strategic topics within the UK insurance market
• Managing teams and growing the existing with-profits function
