Our client, an established Commercial Lines Insurer is seeking a Reserving Manager to join their growing actuarial team. You will report to the Chief Actuary and hold responsibility for the reserving exercises including development of reserving models, formulating and testing relevant assumptions, presenting to committees and senior management as required, development of quality procedures as part of the Risk Management Committee, along with many other responsibilities.

This business has seen steady growth over recent years and as a result is expanding their team. It is an organisation that values work life balance and as a result can offer full flexibility with an office to work in when required. Location of work would be home based with a visit to the office to meet up with team members done on an ad-hoc basis.

With the growth of the team there are numerous opportunities to develop your skills and step up into a Head of Reserving or Deputy Chief Actuary role in time.

Ideally you will be FIA (Or equivalent) however nearly qualified candidates will also be considered for the role.

For an informal chat about this role please contact Georgina Charlesworth on or 020 8102 8627
