Oliver James are pleased to be working with a reputable insurer seeking an experienced Property Investment Risk Analyst to join their retirement team in London.

Within this role you will provide an analysis of key risk factors associated with property assets in the investment portfolio across both residential and commercial property and assess the potential impacts of climate change. You will monitor short and long-term macroeconomic trends and translate these to outlooks for various property sectors and asset types in order to provide forward looking insight of risks to the portfolio.

Role requirements:

• CFA/IMC/FIA qualified/part qualified
• Experience and understanding of a broad range of property asset types, including residential and commercial investments and the risks inherent in these assets
• Knowledge of risks associated with Lifetime (Equity Release) Mortgages and structured property investments would be beneficial
