Job Details
A leading Insurance client are looking to hire a Head of Reserving to lead on the Motor book of business.
The successful applicant will have a track record of detailed UK motor reserving and/or pricing from within an insurer or through their work at a consulting firm. The team is relatively small but there will be opportunities to help with other lines of business or in other teams such as pricing and reserving.
The role will have full responsibility for the team and also managing the external consultancies which do a lot of the heavy lifting and also the review work. The client offers very flexible home working arrangements and is looking to hire the best.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take a step up into a Lead reserving role and with wider exposure to the rest of the business.
