Job Details

This role is to support and develop the annual product plan to ensure customers are able to save, invest and be protected in an efficient manner through Investment - Linked Products.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

  • Curate best in class funds and ensure there is monitoring oversight (using fund data platforms) to ensure the funds continue to be relevant after a sale is made with collaboration with Group Office Investments team

  • Support the team with distribution agreements with Fund houses and MAS filing

  • Support the team with any trade related matters with fund execution platform

  • Support the BAU activities of funds which includes and not limited to corporate action, funds' documentation, and website maintenance

  • Provide pre and post product and fund launch support to address product and fund related queries from internal stakeholders, distributors and customers

  • Ensure strong Compliance with regards to ILP relevant regulations and regulatory reporting and notifications.

  • Support the team in developing strong culture of product innovation through regular workshops with distribution partners, fund houses, customers, internal stakeholder and re-insurers. Have strong passion on wanting Singaporeans to save well and be protected at the same time

  • Ensure all products and funds plans are developed in accordance to the product and fund management framework developed by the company

  • Support the ILP product workstream to ensure all relevant user requirements are provided in a timeline manner

  • Support the drafting of policy documents to ensure that it is customer friendly with minimal exclusions and complex language as needed

  • Support the marketing team to ensure that the key messages are well articulated in the brochure or any other marketing efforts

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Actuarial Science, Business or Marketing or relevant discipline

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

  • Attentive to details

  • Strong experience in managing funds within an insurance, platform, bank or asset management company

  • Experience in using fund data platforms

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Able to manage tight timelines and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
