Associate Director - Actuarial Pensions

Big 4 firm looking to recruit an Associate Director into their reputable Pensions Practice | Based out of London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol or Leeds with hybrid working

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a reputable Big 4 firm looking to recruit an Associate Director into their Pensions Practice, having identified this as a growth area for the business.

Within this role you will completing actuarial calculations for both our Trustee and/or Corporate clients, as a senior hire you will be working on challenging projects for high-profile clients including supporting the audit teams on an ad-hoc basis. Your role will be varied but you will also have the opportunity to specialise, depending on your skills and preferences.

Role requirements:

• Newly/ Qualified Actuary
• Experience of contributing to the delivery of defined benefit pension workstreams or projects, in a consulting or in-house environment
• Exposure to actuarial services to trustees and / or corporate sponsors

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice with plenty of scope for progression with it being a relatively small team. This could be an excellent opportunity for a consultant/senior consultant in an EBC to step up into a leadership role where you can genuinely have a say in the direction of the business.
