Catastrophe Modelling Analyst - £35,000 to £55,000

A leading broker is looking to hire a Catastrophe Modelling Analyst in London. This role will be a traditional catastrophe modelling role focusing on all natural catastrophe lines and a chance to get involved on the client side. This role is open to graduates and Catastrophe Analysts with up to 3 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have existing experience working for a Lloyd's syndicate, broker, or commercial insurer as a Catastrophe or Exposure Management Analyst. In this role the successful candidate will work across multiple reinsurance lines of business and provide catastrophe analysis to brokers so strong communication and the ability to explain technical data is necessary. Preference will be given to candidates with experience using RMS and/or AIR along with strong IT skills (SQL + Excel).
