Senior Pricing Analyst - Speciality Insurer - London - Up to £65k.
An exciting opportunity to work in speciality insurance, with flexibility on location. You will be reporting to the Head of Pricing, being tasked with the pricing review and validation of new products and continued monitoring of live products, helping to ensure profitability and long-term value of partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in GI Personal or Commercial Lines pricing (being a part or nearly qualified actuary), have programming skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL), sound knowledge of the insurance industry and pricing's role within it. Effective communication and presentation skills are also required.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Head of Pricing in the development of new pricing structures and the digitisation of existing rating structures. Perform analysis and rating reviews, ensure FCA & PRA compliance and provide support and advice to stakeholders. Help expand the use of data science, and convey findings to executive and non-technical audiences.
