Hybrid - Work between home/office
Experience & knowledge required:
- Knowledgeable about longevity business, including swap structures.
- Proven experience within the reinsurance industry, and a relevant technical background.
- Comfortable developing ambitious plans to address complex challenges, communicating these in a clear and compelling way, and coordinating across functions to deliver.
- Previous experience developing proposals and presenting to management forums would be a plus.
Working with our client we're recruiting an exciting position for a Longevity In-force Operating Model Lead. The role will present the opportunity to be involved in designing and implementing a sustainable and scalable global operating model for the growing and strategically important longevity portfolio.
