Job Details

We are working with a number of leading Lloyd's of London syndicates who are looking to hire strong numerical actuarial analysts and senior actuarial analysts into their Pricing, Reserving and Capital modelling teams.

The roles on offer all contain great exposure to multiple areas of the business including:

  • Pricing a vast range of business lines.
  • Building pricing models alongside senior actuaries and Underwriters.
  • Reserving on a quarterly basis.
  • Drawing upon all corners of the business to complete reserving reports.
  • Stakeholder engagement.

From you they are looking for:

  • Strong interest in a future in General Insurance.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Aptitude for coding and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to simplify key information and present it to stakeholders.
  • A good team player.
  • Programming language would be useful.
  • Previous experience in a Lloyds Syndicate is benefitial (but not necessary)
