Pricing & Reserving Actuary

This role is for an Actuary or perhaps even a Senior Actuarial Analyst in our clients London Market & Global Actuarial team.  It will be aligned to primarily supporting the Commercial Casualty and Property Divisions. The role supports both London Market and International Central (Continental Europe and Dubai) business. The role reports to a Senior Actuary, supporting the existing team across all these lines and regional operations. 

The role is expected to involve day-to-day supervision, mentoring and delegation to a junior analyst.

As part of the role, you will be involved in Individual account Pricing, new business due diligence and performance monitoring, as well as development of underwriter rating tools and analytics.

Business Planning and Quarterly Reserving process parameterisation and delivery to P&L owners and Actuarial Reserving Function

We are ideally looking for a minimum 4-5 years relevant experience, ideally suited to a Qualified Actuary or experienced student nearing qualification.

Practical experience in all main Actuarial disciplines is desired but not essential – Pricing and Reserving will be a primary focus, but this is a multi-functional role
