Actuarial Analyst - Experience required:
- Actuarial experience within the UK Life or Pensions sector - open to background as training will be provided
- Programming experience (especially VB or VBA)
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
This is an opportunity to join a global consultancy firm who are developing their actuarial team through an exciting period of growth and transformation.
The Actuarial Analyst will be responsible for supporting life and pension product calculations automation by testing system changes and creating non-workflow processes. You will be investigating potential calculation issues and calculating any redress that may be applicable to policyholders. You will also be responsible for model actuarial calculations using Object Oriented Modelling.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual working in a pensions actuarial position to move in to a broad project focused position gaining experience within life insurance or - an opportunity for a student actuary to move from a BAU role to a position where you'll be exposed to multiple clients & high profile projects.
Full study support will be provided to progress you through the actuarial exams.
