*We are looking for a Head of Facultative Property*
An international Reinsurance company in an exciting period of growth is currently on the lookout for a Head of Facultative Property. This is an excellent opportunity to bring existing knowledge of Facultative Property to successfully solidify and grow their activity in the sector.
Missions
- Take responsibility of underwriting business in accordance with the company's guidelines
- Accept or decline risks after evaluation, assessment and rating of risks in order to perform underwriting functions
- Build and maintain relationship with new and potential clients
- Ensure efficient service by liaising with other company offices worldwide
- Align book of business to achieve agreed objectives
- Assist the Head of Retro with placing of reinsurance
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years relevant experience in reinsurance/insurance sector
- Preferably ACII qualified
- Excellent command of English and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills and decision-making ability
- Leadership and interpersonal skills a must
The role is rewarded with a highly attractive salary and rewarding bonus structure
The role is also on a basis of 2 days remote work per week.
