Does the prospect of a management role in a Big 4 consultancy sound like a role you would be suited to?

Are you an excellent communicator and a competent manager, capable of overseeing the implementation of Risk Management strategies and Capital Modelling and keeping pace with a changing GI market?

If so, consider your applicability to this role. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding and extensive experience of insurance and reinsurance risks alongside an ability to communicate with senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice covering solvency, economic capital, risk management, M&A, company restructuring & risk control, financial modelling, business planning, new legislation and the efficacy & reliability of reporting processes (an extensive remit)!
• Operate within and interact with large multinational composites, the Lloyd's and London Market and the UK and European P&C, Commercial & Reinsurance Market across a variety of scales.
• Oversee the implementation of Capital Models and Risk Management strategies in line with the provisions of Solvency II.
• Deliver a wide range of interdisciplinary assignments and serve as the main point of contact for clients.

• An understanding of Capital Modelling and Risk Management techniques.

Preferable additional skills:

• Wider knowledge of our offering (experience across Catastrophe Risk, Reserving & Pricing, Exposure Management, Deals, IFRS17 and Audit would all be looked upon favourably.
• Knowledge of coding and model development would be hugely beneficial.
• Exposure to new and emerging areas (e.g., Cyber, Climate Change, ESG).
