Senior Business Analyst - Front end - Bank Insurance/Products

Responsibilities:

• Support Digital Product Owner and work with project team to build business cases and maximise the commercial value of digital products.
• Work with partners including technology, operations, and business to design and develop mobile and digital technology solutions and products.
• Manage end-to-end business analysis including feasibility study, requirement analysis, UAT, and implementation support.
• Assist to drive end-to-end product development and management across initiation to final implementation.
• Work with cross-functional digital solution teams (i.e., UX/UI Designers, Digital Developers, UAT, Solution Architects) to develop and meet the vision of the product

Requirements:

• Ideal insurance background and FI/Banking desirable
• > 3 years solid BA experience
• POS exposure
• Front end exposure - banking and insurance - distribution independent channel - distribution of products
• Consulting background advantage & Agile certifications beneficial
• Scrum & Agile exposure
• Exposure to JIRA, Rally or Version One boards to track project scope
• Knowledge of current technology trends, E.G. Cloud, IoT, Blockchain, and AI
• Proficient experience in using software such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint
