Company

Allianz has offices all over the world, but we think about each local market individually because we know our customers have different needs and aspirations. Our heritage and financial strength help make Allianz what it is today; a safe and trusted partner. Over 40 FTSE 100 companies insure with Allianz.

With more than 4,500 employees working at 20 UK locations, Allianz aims to be the outstanding competitor in personal and commercial insurance in the UK. With a head office at Guildford in Surrey and a further group of over 900 employees in Trivandrum, India, our business consists of several trading divisions dedicated to providing the highest level of customer care and service. Our products are available through our network of appointed brokers, and, in the case of our retail products, through our customer brands.

We believe that it is important to have a diverse and inclusive workforce. An employee’s age, disability, sex etc are opportunities that we want to embrace so we can find the best talent. Employing people from different backgrounds and making them feel included is, in our view, a major driving force behind the existing success of our global company.

Allianz has a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination and harassment and carries out measures to promote inclusion. This is measured annually in our employee engagement survey.
