Our client, a leading global insurer, is seeking a qualified (or part-qualified) non-life actuary to support capital management and capitalisation activities alongside the production of SCR and own funds projections and capital planning.
In this excellent career opportunity, you will be responsible for the delivery of Solvency II regulatory capital analysis and reporting requirements including quarterly and annual model change reports.
Producing and validating PRA submissions and reporting, you will produce and present regulatory capital and capital use analyses to Senior stakeholders and committees.
You will also support the production and use of other applicable internal models within the Group e.g. SST, economic model etc.
In addition, you will support embedding the model into the business and model use including risk-based return in product strategy, reinsurance purchase, strategic asset allocation etc.
With experience in capital modelling, the successful candidate will possess a quick grasp of different models, codes and processes coupled with commercial acumen.
Any PRA/Lloyd’s regulatory experience desirable.
