Job Details
OJ are currently recruiting for a Climate Modelling actuary for a leading life insurer.
Role: Climate Modeller
Duration: 6 month initial contract
Rate: Up to £850 per day inside IR35
Start date: ASAP but can consider start dates up to 1st July
Location: 1-2 days in office preferable but will consider fully remote applicants
Assignment: Scenario analysis and climate modelling, supporting model production to assess the impact on physical risk on both General and Life insurance
Requirements:
- Experience in the Life or General Insurance industry
- Extensive experience in modelling, ideally risk modelling
- Experience of climate modelling is desirable but not essential
