Head of Capital.
We are working on an exclusive basis to source a Head of Capital for a Lloyd's Insurer. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to develop and lead a team of 3.
In this role you will be responsible for the capital modelling processes for the Syndicates and you will be report back to the various committees. You will also lead the development, parameterisation, and primary validation of the internal model. This is a highly stakeholder facing role - you will be engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders such as Lloyd's, PRA etc.
They are keen to speak to experienced FIA Actuaries who have a wealth of post-qualification capital modelling experience. Prior experience in developing teams is a must, and practical knowledge of reserving approaches is preferred.
