Our client, a major insurer, is seeking a part-qualified or qualified life actuary to monitor the effectiveness and strategic alignment of the reinsurance portfolio.
In this key role, you will operate and develop controlled reinsurance accounts and administration processes across a range of products.
You will also support the liaison and development of reinsurer relationships and support implementation of new and revised arrangements including development, testing and controls around new processes.
In addition, you will develop and maintain a strong controls and governance around all aspects of models, processes, reporting and analysis.
Experience of working with UK individual protection business in a reporting and/or pricing role would be an advantage as would VBA and SQL skills.
