Major global insurer is seeking a qualified life actuary to work on IFRS reporting and modelling with particular focus on the implementation, valuation and understanding of the new IFRS 17 process and results.
Once IFRS17 is live, you will work collaboratively in the valuation reporting team to deliver the IFRS17 results, and all the associated analysis and reconciliations.
You will also provide support in liaising with senior management and key stakeholders to explain the IFRS17 results and related insights.
The successful candidate will possess actuarial modelling experience including understanding of cash flow modelling, assumption setting, assessing data quality and analysis of movements.
Excellent IT skills essential, particularly Excel. Prophet, VBA, SQL also an advantage.
