Job Details

HFG are currently recruiting on behalf of a Prestigious Lloyd's Syndicate, who are seeking an experienced Claims Operations and Reporting Manager to work alongside their Head of Claims.

You will take ownership of all non-technical claims processes, as well as controlling all regular and ad-hoc claims reporting, as directed by the Head of Claims. Creation of key reporting packs for internal, client, broker, and central office use. Experience managing small to medium teams also an advantage.

Proven Claims Operations experience required for this position, as well as a strong track record in delivering MI and reporting packs. Salary is open to discussion.
