Head of Pricing - non-life insurance - Paris

A leader in Insurance is looking for a Head of Pricing - non-life - to join their Head quarter in Paris.

The Head of Pricing will report directly to the Pricing Director within the Insurance HQ. He (she) will be in charge of a team of 15 to 20 people and will lead different teams for Agricultural Risks, specific risks and Protection.

Main responsibilities will consist into :

- Ensuring technical assessment of different teams (agriculture, specific risk and protection)

- Defining actuarial policies (pricing, renewal, monitoring, budgets, etc.) and meeting the development and profitability objectives withing a specific Business Plan.

- Representing the different branches within cross-functional bodies in charge of the technical components of the Group and other external bodies.

We are looking for an actuary with minimum 10 years experience, with great skills in non-life insurance pricing and management experience. We are looking for someone who can take a step back and consider branches as a whole. The Head of pricing will need to consider commercial, actuarial and political issues and address these subjects during internal and external committees.
