Validation Manager (ERM)

A new Lloyd's Syndicate is looking to bring on board a Validation Manager to undertake a unique role in their growing team. You will be leading the model validation team and have 1-2 direct reports.

The role will focus on their Syndicate book of business (Including; Property, Casualty - Insurance and Reinsurance) and and reports directly to the CRO.

The ideal candidate would be a qualified actuary with Risk/Validation background but our client is open for candidate who didn't take the actuarial qualification route.
